Terms of Service
All services provided by Hostllab.com (“Hostllab”) may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of applicable law (local, state, national, or international) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening, abusive, obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other legal rights.
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hostllab from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages the subscriber or any other party.
Prohibited Uses
Sites or content that promote illegal activity, or may harm Hostllab’s servers or any server on the internet, are prohibited. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links include, but are not limited to:
- Pirated software
- Hacking tools, exploits, or archives
- Warez or cracked content
- Illegal MP3 files, copyrighted movies, or stolen digital assets
NOTICE: If your account is found to contain illegal files or activities, it will be terminated immediately without notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply, and Hostllab will notify the proper authorities.
Traffic & Resource Usage
All hosting plans include a defined storage and bandwidth limit.
- Accounts consistently exceeding limits will be required to upgrade to a higher plan.
- Excessive use of CPU, memory, or abusive scripts that affect server performance will result in suspension or termination.
IRC & Bots
We do not allow IRC servers, bots, or related services on our network.
Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine, exploit, or cause harm to Hostllab’s servers or customers is strictly prohibited. Customers are responsible for all activities under their accounts. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Billing & Payment
For paid services:
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
- Payment is due by the invoice due date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure valid and updated payment information.
Service Fees
- Setup fees (if applicable) must be paid before account activation.
- Customers are responsible for all fees incurred until cancellation is confirmed by Hostllab.
- Partial month usage is not prorated.
Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Hostllab offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid hosting services only.
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of signup, minus any setup or custom service fees.
- Refunds do not apply to administrative fees, domain registrations, or custom installations.
- Beyond 30 days, all fees are non-refundable.
Account Deactivation & Reactivation
- Accounts suspended due to non-payment require a $20 reactivation fee.
- Suspended or terminated accounts due to abuse or illegal activity are not eligible for reactivation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require 30 days’ prior notice.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
Hostllab shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss or corruption
- Delays or failures beyond our control
All liability is strictly limited to the immediate termination of service.

All policy violations should be reported to abuse@hostllab.com
